Tom has a passion for merging strong design skills together with solid programming. He is both an artist and a programmer. As a seasoned instructor at the Art Institute of Portland, Tom has taught a variety of courses in art, design, programming and interactive media. He has also been a featured presenter at the WebVisions conference in Portland, OR.

Travis Holman is a graduate from Colorado Technical University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology specializing in application programming in 2016. His education focused primarily on Software development processes utilizing Java/J2EE, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, Linux, and the implementation of object oriented programming utilizing agile methods. He is experienced in writing test case scenarios, software requirements specifications, creating wire frames and mockups, project management, and much more. He is now fast becoming a Drupal expert!
Prior to switching over to the field of programming at the ripe old age of 33, Travis worked in the aerospace industry building parts for companies like Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin and Boeing. He managed a team of 15 technicians to produce aerospace quality composite parts.

Chuck is the founder of ILLUSIO, an independent design company in Portland, OR that crafts custom websites and graphic design solutions to help nonprofits and businesses do good in the world. He's been a digital designer for over 18 years with nonprofit roots that began in 1999 while volunteering for the Sierra Club. His creative work continues today with clients including Free Wheelchair Mission, Oregon Wild, Climate Trust, International Anti-Poaching Foundation, and U.S. Lighthouse Society.
Designing websites is Chuck’s mastery but he equally loves graphic design and print projects. Chuck is big on transforming complex information into design solutions that are purposeful and simple. When not crafting, Chuck loves to explore Portland and Washington's outdoor offerings: walking, hiking, riding, disc golf, longboarding, and nature photography.
